When you are trying to decide on the best exercise to lose belly fat you must use a variety.  If you do the same type of exercise over and over again your body gets used to it and it will not burn fat as efficiently.  Try to choose a different exercise every day if possible    For example, on Monday you can walk steady for thirty minutes, on Tuesday you can ride your bike steady for thirty minutes, Wednesday you can swim for thirty minutes, and so on.   If you cannot do a different exercise, you can change the intensity of the one you have been doing.  For example, on Monday you can walk steady for thirty minutes, on Tuesday you can walk for five minutes and jog for one minute alternating for the full thirty minutes, on Wednesday you can walk one minute and jog one minute alternating.  You must always choose exercises to “trick” your body into burning more calories if you want to continue to lose that belly.
