Tip 1: Know your body:  It is very important to understand your own body before deciding which exercises to undertake. Unfortunately, most young women ape what their friends are doing in their obsession to lose leg fat. This is a big mistake and can cause more harm than good.

While doing a leg press, keep the face of the foot facing downwards to ensure that the entire leg is stretched. Leg presses tone the inner thigh muscles. For the outer thigh muscles, you need to work on the abductor. To lose leg fat faster, you can end the session with calf raises. However, these are intensive exercises and your personal trainer should decide their duration and intensity. 

 Tip 3 : Change your Diet: Please remember that depriving the body of normal nutrition will not help you lose leg fat. Instead it will make you feel weak. A better way is to change your food intake. You should replace sugary and junk food with vegetables and fruits. Also, you should start drinking lots of water. It washes away the toxins generated in your body, and makes you feel healthier – an important component for anyone who wants to lose leg fat.
